OBJECTIVE:
As the CMO of iMusician Digital AG, I was hired to internationalise the company in 6 languages and to reach hypergrowth revenue targets while keeping a positive ROAS to maximize cashflow.
APPROACH:
Within 2,5 years, I have hired and lead a team of 15+ marketing and customer support managers. We used a growth hacking and an agile marketing approach to quickly identify the best content and methods to generate leads and convert customers across multiple channels (SEA, Facebook and Instagram Advertising, Email marketing, Social media, partnerships, SEO, offline events)
RESULTS:
22% over hypergrowth YoY revenue target in 2017
28% over hypergrowth YoY revenue target in 2018
ROAS > 1 (with 100’000+ customers)
